Hope all is good with you.
Just wanted to drop a short note to you.
Over the last eight years I’ve watched my fellow enthusiasts in my audiophile group upgrade parts of their systems over and over, while I’ve held steady with my BorderPatrol/Volti Audio system. I was just thinking how nice it is to be off the hamster wheel of upgrading and simply enjoying music with my system, and of course Having Fun!
When I told my wife Jean, those many years ago, that these purchases would be the ‘final’ audio acquisitions, I was, in truth, wishing that to be case. I’ve come to realize that I’ve happily reached the “end of the line”. The synergy of your artful creations are appreciated and enjoyed by both of us on a near daily basis.
I just want you to know the significance. Our life is profoundly enhanced by your creations.

I am very pleased with the Rivals as my long-term speaker. I kept those wooden crates not because I ever thought I would sell them, but rather that I knew if I ever moved that they were coming with me.

Hey Greg, I am really enjoying my new system. I’ve adjusted the speaker locations a few times (just an inch or two) & they’re sounding excellent. As you said, they sound like live music!
Big, open, dynamic & subtle all at once. I heard nothing at the show that came close to this at any price, which as you know could be ridiculously expensive.

Sitting down tonight in the parlor. It’s a little past 9:30- CST. Yes, I know, who else has a parlor in 2024 except those living in old homes?
Earlier in the week I received from Gary at BP my repaired amp and some new Westinghouse tubes he suggested. It’s been awhile since my tune-machine has hummed like it is tonight. My Rivals are just incredible. Freaking fabulous really.
I am in heaven.
Listen Greg, I know I don’t have the ear of an audiophile or the expertise to tell one thing from another when it comes to sound or hi-fi quality. I only know what I like. Period. I am listening at a volume a tad lower than usual. I would say a “soft-to-light medium” volume. Occasionally I turn it up a click with my iPad controller.
THESE SPEAKERS ARE AWESOME. Thank-you for your labor of love in this business. You bring to our lives some good body and brain stimulating sounds and energy. I am telling you these speakers are on fire tonight and I can’t thank you enough. Hope you are doing well.

Hey Greg, now that I have had the Rivals for a few weeks, I wanted to let you know that they are everything all the reviewers said they are. I am enjoying them immensely! Sometimes it seems as though I have musicians in the room with me. I am also hearing details in the music that I never heard before. I keep being surprised at the sense of being in a concert hall when listening to good recordings. I go to live symphony concerts all the time and the music is actually better now at home.
I probably looked at every speaker made, but decided on yours because all the reviewers that have tried large numbers of speakers said they would keep on going back to your speakers. They said they were the most realistic and the most fun. And I’m glad I took their word for that. I have to agree with them. These Rivals are now my speakers for life – they make my old ones sound pretty bad.
